FNDM (Fandom Dubai)

FNDM — Fandom Dubai — is Dubai's fan-first pop-culture event, running October 31 – November 1, 2026 at the Concourse Convention Center at Dubai Outlet Mall. Created by Informa Connect, the team behind the Middle East Film & Comic Con (MEFCC), FNDM is pitched as "born from MEFCC, built for the fans" — a community-driven celebration of anime, cosplay, gaming, K-pop and artist culture, and one of the anchors of the geek calendar in the United Arab Emirates.

The event leans into fandom rather than big-studio spectacle. Expect a strong cosplay presence with contests and gatherings, an Artist Alley of regional and international creators, anime and pop-culture programming, gaming areas, K-pop and stage content, and a marketplace of merch, collectibles and imports. It reflects the UAE's fast-growing, young and international fan community — a crowd that travels in from across the Gulf — and the atmosphere is social, colourful and welcoming. Because it shares its DNA and organisers with MEFCC — one of the region's longest-running comic cons — FNDM arrives with real production polish despite its more intimate, fan-focused scale.
